Site Manager
for an exciting
new project commencing in Clonmel
.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operations
Maintain accurate site diaries and manage workforce levels to meet programme targets
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance
Requisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs
Organise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a Site Management role, ideally with a
main contractor
Relevant qualifications in
Construction Management
,
Engineering
, or a related trade background
Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment.
