We are Cubicle 7 Entertainment - an award winning table top games company based in Balbriggan, North County Dublin. We are looking for an extremely organised self starter to deal with online customer queries on a range of platforms and provide support to the eCommerce and Marketing teams.
You'll actively engage in learning about our product lines and gain extensive knowledge to understand features, shipping options and how the business works in order to provide great customer service.
Customer service
* Drive customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service
* Answer email and social media queries from customers about products and orders.
* Respond to questions and comments from the public on social media platforms - Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube
* Answer queries on partner platforms such as Kickstarter, Drive Thru RPG and Roll20.
* Provide feedback to the team on common issues raised.
Ecommerce support
* Review refund requests.
* Process daily order information to our fulfilment partners and resolve any queries.
* Support the eCommerce team with updating the website.
Marketing support
* Supporting the marketing team with social media posting
* Engaging with external product reviewers, supporting coordinator
We are looking for someone with -
* Brilliant customer service skills, excellent written English and an appreciation of what makes a good customer experience.
* Excellent IT skills - Sprout Social, Klaviyo or other social media platforms and Excel experience required. Familiarity with Magento or other eCommerce platforms is desirable.
* Great team working skills - takes responsibility for resolving queries, builds good working relationships and seeks support from the wider team when needed
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* 2 years + work experience in a digital customer service, eCommerce support or related role.
* Minimum leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
* A passion for gaming
This is an hybrid role, maximum 2 day per week home working.
