This pivotal role requires an experienced leader to oversee Conference & Banqueting operations, delivering exceptional events and meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all Conference & Banqueting event operations from setup through breakdown
* Lead, train, and motivate the Conference & Banqueting team
* Collaborate with Events and Sales teams to meet client requirements


Essential Skills:

* Minimum 3 years senior management experience in Conference & Banqueting
* Proven ability to lead a high-volume team
