We Are Hiring: Chef de Partie (Relocation to Ireland Required)
We are currently seeking experienced Chefs de Partieto join the team atThe SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, an award-winning restaurant group in Ireland with locations inCork and Limerick City.
The SpitJack operates 7 days a week, servingbreakfast, lunch, and dinner, and handles between600–800 covers dailywith a team of 6 chefs. This is ahigh-volume, fast-paced kitchen environmentwhere the Chef de Partie plays a key role inrunning the pass and plating disheswith consistency and precision.
We are looking for candidates whothrive under pressure, take pride in their work, and can confidently maintain quality standards in a busy service.This role is best suited to individuals seeking international experience rather than career progression.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to pay €2,800 for a work permitto relocate and work legally in Ireland.
While this may not be a promotional role, it offers an excellent opportunity for chefs who wish torelocate to Ireland and the EU. Long-term team members may also be eligible toapply for Irish citizenship after 7 years of service.
