We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and benefits administration.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Management:
o Oversight of monthly payroll processes.
o Review of payroll instruction files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
o Verification of updates across employee payslips.
o Reconciliation of payroll reports and maintenance of data consistency.
o Processing of payroll changes and generation of detailed reconciliation and reporting.
* Benefits Administration:
o Management of benefits for multiple locations, including remittance, reconciliations, and processing of life event changes.
o Administration of pension schemes and 401(k) plans.
o Execution of payroll year-end procedures.
* HR Support and Communication:
o Assistance with benefit plan design, renewals, and strategic planning.
o Effective communication of benefit plan details and conduct of onboarding/offboarding benefit meetings.
o Servicing as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
* Stakeholder Coordination:
o Liaison with third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.
