Senior Project Manager – Dublin, Ireland - 12 monthsWe are looking for a Senior Project/Programme Manager to join a client in the aviation industry based in Dublin to support an increase in project workload.Start date: Feb/MarchDuration: 12 month extendable3 days onsite in Dublin, 2 days remoteYou must have experience implementing and delivering Network and Data Center upgrades of hardware, leading an integrated project team.Key Responsibilities IncludeProject Planning & Delivery – Create and manage end‑to‑end project plans, coordinating dependencies across all workstreams from initiation to post‑implementation.Risk & Issue Management – Identify, track and resolve risks and issues, applying creative problem‑solving to maintain delivery momentum.Budget & Resourcing – Secure and manage the required budget and resources to meet quality and timeline commitments.Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication before, during and after the upgrade.Governance & Reporting – Establish appropriate governance structures and provide regular, transparent updates to maintain alignment.Escalation Management – Detect and escalate problems promptly and accurately.Change Management – Lead change activities to support a smooth transition into BAU.Your Experience7+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years in project management .Experience with complex network infrastructure and 24/7 operational environments is highly advantageous.Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment with competing priorities.Background in delivering technology solutions to diverse operational and support teams .Proficient in full project lifecycle management and tools such as MS Project and Jira.Experience working within hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.Professional certification such as PMI (PMP) or IPMA Level C+ preferred.Please apply with your updated CV
