Our client is a high-growth, PE-backed audit and advisory firm with a strong reputation in the technology sector. Due to continued significant expansion of the firm, they currently seek to hire a Tax Director.
Reporting to a Tax Partner, the role will involve the following:
Manage and deliver corporation tax compliance services for a portfolio of medium and large corporates.
Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by managers and senior associates.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, with a focus on building strong relationships.
Identify and advise on tax technical issues on compliance engagements.
Communicate key deadlines and responsibilities to clients, ensuring tax reporting obligations are met.
Contribute to firm wide business development efforts.
Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
Mentor and coach junior tax professionals.
