End-to-End Accounts Specialist Location: North Dublin Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We are partnering with a growing and well-established business in North Dublin seeking an End-to-End Accounts Specialist to take ownership of the finance function.
This is a standalone, hands-on role ideal for a finance professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with senior management.
This position offers excellent scope to develop into a senior finance role as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong financial controls Payroll & Compliance Process weekly/monthly payroll end-to-end Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE/PRSI and RCT returns Ensure all Revenue submissions and payments are completed accurately and on time Month-End & Reporting Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules Analyse variances and provide financial insight to management Support budgeting and forecasting processes Year-End & Statutory Prepare year-end files and liaise with external accountants/auditors Complete CRO filings and ensure statutory compliance Assist with continuous improvement of finance processes and systems Business Partnering Act as the main finance contact across the business Support leadership with financial information and decision making About You Essential 24+ years experience in a similar bookkeeping/accounts role Strong experience in payroll and Irish Revenue compliance Experience preparing management accounts Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Desirable Part-qualified accountant or accounting technician qualification Experience working in an SME or standalone finance role Experience working with multiple accounting systems Why Apply?
