Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the management team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Preparation and review of Sub-contractor tenders
* Preparation and review of Sub-contractor payment valuations
* Maintenance of Materials Procurement records
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, they should possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Construction experience would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided
* Familiarity with Health & Safety record keeping procedures
