Brief Overview
We're looking for a senior Bid Manager to lead high-value project tenders across Ireland and Europe. This is a pre-construction leadership role, responsible for bid strategy, pricing, and team development.
You'll manage bids from early engagement through submission, while building and leading an estimating team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end bid and tender processes
* Develop bid strategies, pricing, and commercial positioning
* Manage and grow a team of estimators
* Coordinate input from design, commercial, procurement, and delivery teams
* Submit bids directly to end users and via main contractors
* Support wider pre-construction and growth strategy
Background
* Strong experience as a Bid Manager / Pre-Construction Manager
* QS or estimating background highly desirable
* Proven leadership and team-building capability
* Experience working with major contractors (Irish or European)
