About the Company
The Role
The Junior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team while also contributing to the efficient running of the head office. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
This position is primarily office-based and will suit someone motivated, adaptable, and eager to develop within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination (flights, visas, car hire, itineraries).
* Assist with preparing for meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
* Draft, proofread, and format documents and presentations with professionalism and accuracy.
* Maintain accurate corporate files and records, and manage filing systems.
* Serve as a point of contact between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
* Support Finance and People & Culture departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Manage expenses, purchase orders, and payment processes via SAP.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage office supplies, couriers, and post.
* Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
* A strong team player who demonstrates professionalism at all times.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint).
* Experience with SAP is an advantage.
* Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.
