The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager on a high-volume development in Co.
Meath.
Ideally looking to chat to recent graduates of Construction Management Degree with 1 years experience working with a contractor and awareness of BCARR The Role Report to and support the Contracts Manager, Project Manager & Site manager.
Oversee the day-to-day management of projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff, trades and subcontractors over multiple sites.
Attend meetings with Clients, Architects, Design Team, site crew, other stakeholders and Senior Management to update them on the progress of the projects.
Update the site diary & Health & Safety File Carrying out RFIs, updating O&M manuel Reporting on project progress and cost Supervise works on site and work with Site Managers to drive workforce.
Perform company compliance, contract administration, BACRR, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations and ensure that policies are being adhered to on site.
Requirements A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or Similar.
1-2 years experience required for this role with a Main Contractor in ROI.
Must be confident in their ability to make decisions, communicate with key stakeholders, plan and prioritise workload.
Strong I. T skills are essential.
