The Role
- Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals
- Support major aviation finance and restructuring transactions
- Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Work closely with international clients, lenders and counterparties
- Collaborate with corporate, finance and restructuring teams on multi‑disciplinary matters
- Gain hands‑on experience across complex aviation mandates
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with a strong academic background
- Interest in aviation, asset finance or complex international transactions
- Experience in corporate, banking & finance, or aviation (training seat or post‑qualification) is beneficial
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercially aware, motivated and keen to develop specialist expertise
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
