Seeking a HR Generalist to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR support to employees and the wider business.
The role involves assisting the HR team with day-to-day first-line HR enquiries from managers, employees, and external sources. You will also assist with Recruitment, Selection, and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records manually and using our HRIS system in accordance with company policy and local legislative requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the HR team in providing high-quality HR support to employees and the wider business
* Respond to day-to-day first-line HR enquiries from managers, employees, and external sources promptly
* Prioritise duties according to relevant timelines
* Assist with the Recruitment, Selection, and onboarding processes
* Maintain employee records manually and using our HRIS system in accordance with company policy and local legislative requirements
* Work with the finance team to ensure accurate data is provided for monthly payroll
* Assist with the administration of all employee benefits as well as promoting and administering employee well-being benefits and initiatives
* Coordinate Learning and Development for the Company and administer the Learning Management System
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified or working towards a relevant HR qualification
* A very good level of knowledge of Irish employment legislation, with working knowledge of UK employment Legislation advantageous
* Experience in completing a broad range of HR administrative tasks in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work
* Ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet often tight deadlines
* Proficiency in all the usual Microsoft Office software, with previous HRIS experience ideal
