This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced academic to lead and develop the field of Cancer Bioinformatics within our School of Medicine.
* As a Professor/Associate Professor A, you will be responsible for teaching and research in Cancer Bioinformatics, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a strong track record in Cancer Bioinformatics research and teaching.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field, such as bioinformatics, computer science, or a related discipline, and a strong publication record. They will also have experience in leading research teams and projects, as well as teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
In addition to your research and teaching expertise, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
Salary Scale: Associate Professor A: €86,681 - €114,252 p.a., Professor: €100,443 - €134,255 p.a.
