Accommodation Manager
As a key member of our team, the Accommodation Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, schedule, and develop a large dedicated team, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the property, including rooms and public areas.
* Have experience in managing payroll, budgets, training, and development.
* Monitor quality standards, ensuring the highest level of service.
* Delegate tasks to the accommodation/housekeeping staff.
* Develop employees to prepare them for career advancement.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations both internally and externally.
* Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas, including conference suites and leisure facilities.
* Coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure hotel standards are consistently high.
The ideal candidate will be driven, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be a good project manager.
