TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Director of Nursing on behalf of a 60+ bedded Nursing Home in Co.
Kildare.
This is a permanent full time role working 39 hours per week.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
Post-Graduate Qualification in Management
Must hold (or be in the process of completing) a post-graduate qualification in healthcare management or a related management discipline.
This typically includes:
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management
, or
Level 8/9 qualification
in Management, Leadership, or similar
Courses must be at
NFQ Level 8 or higher
Note:
HIQA expects this to be in place before or soon after appointment, with a timeline agreed for completion.
BSc in Nursing
Must have
at least 3 years' experience
in a
senior nursing management
role
within the last 6 years
, in a relevant healthcare setting.
