Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will work with all levels of staff, often having to work with various departments to help them plan and manage their own budgets.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and develop finance teamLead and develop the distributed finance functions in the stand-alone divisionsDeveloping the form and content of all routine and ad hoc financial reporting in response to the changing operational, oversight and audit requirementsWork closely with the CEO and trustee council to develop and implement governance initiatives throughout the group to reflect changing needs in the business.Lead and manage the budgeting process/formulation of annual budgets and targetsCost control; overall control of all financial transactions including payroll, operational and capital expenditure. Preparation and review of accounts.
