The Role
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced
Team Leader
to join our records & warehousing team in
Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our records storage operations, as well as supporting with managing the warehousing and logistics business located on the same premises. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of records storage and logistics personnel.
* Ensure team members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
* Oversee the daily operations of the records storage facility, ensuring the accurate and secure storage of client records.
* Manage inventory control processes and ensure the timely and accurate retrieval of records.
* Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
* Oversee warehousing operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
* Manage logistics activities to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
* Experience in records management, warehousing, logistics, or a related industry.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
