Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a Qualified Mechanic/Fitter to work as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic for their Aviation Client based in Kildare.
Responsibilities:
* Prepares estimates of materials, equipment and labour required for engineering projects.
* Diagnoses and detects faults and implements procedures to maintain efficient operation of systems and equipment.
* Inspects completed aircraft maintenance work as per Part 145 to certify that it meets standards and the jet engine is ready for operation.
* Visits and advises clients on the maintenance of commercial jet engine repairs.
* Participation on InField Events worldwide

* Perform work according to processes and applicable Maintenance Data.
* Follow instructions from operational manager and internal processes and procedures.
* Support quality department for audit preparation and execution.
* Perform supervised work outside individual Terms of Authorization.
* Supervise and verify new or significant change of workscope, modifications, process, standards, tools, equipment etc.
* Support escalated problem clarification, investigations, verifications.
* Supervision of corrective actions. Prepare and support audits and related measures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualified Mechanic/Fitter.
* Experience of working in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Pro-active and eager to learn and take on responsibility
* Willingness to travel as per business requirement
