**Front of House Manager: A Leadership Opportunity**
Career Vision Recruiters are actively recruiting a Front of House Manager to lead our team in Dublin City. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Lobby and Reception.
This leadership position requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service, organisation, and presentation. You must maintain high standards of performance, drive ancillary sales, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
You will oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, timeline management, and guest queries. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals
* Working closely with Revenue Management to optimise room and bed allocation
* Managing the front office budget, monitoring occupancy, revenue, and front office KPIs
You must have a proven track record in Revenue Management and commercial acumen. A strong knowledge of Dublin's hospitality market and competitor landscape is also essential.
We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office leadership
* Proven experience in running a Front Office team
* A natural people person who loves making others feel welcome
