Dromoland Castle are currently seeking a friendly, efficient, and guest-focused Morning Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for a stable weekday role in a world‑renowned luxury setting.
Overview of Role
Working Monday to Sunday (5 over 7) with shifts between 06:00am / 7:00am and 12:30pm / 1:00pm.
Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, delivering service in line with Forbes‑level hospitality standards.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and well‑presented breakfast buffet, ensuring exceptional quality at all times.
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support smooth and timely service.
Serve hot food items directly from the kitchen with speed, precision, and courtesy.
Uphold the luxury service standards associated with Dromoland Castle, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
Support the wider Food & Beverage team with additional duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar food & beverage role.
Outgoing, approachable, and customer‑focused personality.
Well‑organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the right to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
