Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Residential Contractor working on a large residential housing project in Kildare, recruiting a Finishing Foreman
Project details
Medium-sized residential development, comprising of 160 no.
houses.
The site is underway, with around half the houses complete and plans to be on site for another couple of years
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain walkways and routes
Manage health and safety on site
Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages
Understanding of delivery targets
Inspect on site works
Weekly reporting on project delivery
Assist in daily meetings
Manage on-site contractors
Control works, including finishes and fixes and handover
Qualifications
A valid CSCS card.
Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
Strong health and safety knowledge.
