Quantity Surveyor Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 civil engineering company on a major civil engineering project based in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS with at least 3 years experience to join a well-established contractor working on large-scale infrastructure projects across Ireland. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience in a QS role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Proficient in software such as MS Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties: Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed project budgets. Manage project costs, contracts, procurement, and variations. Provide financial reports and updates in a timely manner. Support the tendering process and offer cost advice to clients. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
