About the Role
A highly organized facilities management professional is required to ensure efficient day-to-day management of one or more client sites.
The ideal candidate will bring strong teamwork, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities management-related enquiries.
* Coordinate and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks using CAFM systems.
* Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to arrange site access, secure permits, and ensure timely completion of works.
* Keep detailed records of completed tasks, quotations, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
* Compile and deliver client reports, service logs, and updates for monthly business reviews.
