HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR Our client, a well-established company operating within the mechanical and building services sector, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team.

THE ROLE: The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of company health & safety policies and procedures.
Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple sites.
Assisting with the preparation and review of RAMS, SOPs, and method statements.
Ensuring compliance with Irish H&S legislation and industry standards.
Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings.
Investigating incidents and near misses, producing reports and corrective actions.
Working closely with site management and senior H&S personnel to drive continuous improvement.
THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Have experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction, engineering, or building services.
Possess strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation.
Have experience conducting audits, inspections, and site-based H&S support.
Are confident engaging with site teams and contractors.
Hold a relevant H&S qualification (e.g.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
