In ****, following the launch of a Home Energy Upgrade division in partnership with the SEAI, we have significantly expanded our business and plan for further growth in **** and ****.
This is driven by generous grants and aligns with the government's plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by ****.
In line with our expansion strategy, we have purchased a larger facility which we are currently upgrading.
It will include offices, a warehouse, a showroom, training facilities, customer meeting rooms and virtual meeting pods to support online consultation and presentations.
The ideal candidate for this
Field Service Engineer
role will possess a natural troubleshooting and solution-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
You will be a highly motivated, flexible individual capable of working independently, managing your own diary, and will receive full systems training.
Responsibilities
Provide a complete level of service to our customers on site, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all products and services within our offering.
Undertake post-install commissioning inspections.
Schedule site inspections.
Log and file job reports on our online CRM software.
Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.
Requirements
Sound knowledge and understanding of renewable energy systems.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a similar FSE role.
Previous experience in mechanical, electrical or HVAC roles desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel the Munster region.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
