Tipperary, to recruit an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2).

About the Role As CNM2, youll work closely with the Director of Nursing to lead and support the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care for residents.
Youll play a key role in mentoring staff, driving best practice, and fostering a positive, professional culture in line with HIQA standards.
