The main role will be to ensure the Roscommon site maintains its shipping commitments and to carry out all duties as directed by their supervisor.Key Accountabilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining targeted output of injection production machinesOperating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to alwaysWorking as part of a team and / or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to a high-quality standardMaintaining quality control throughout all areas of productionMaintaining a high standard of housekeeping across the entire siteAssociated Responsibilities:Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays, and high workloads.Experience and Training:Previous experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience with injection mould machineryExcellent organisational skillsGood understanding of Business OperationsCan demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracyEssential Criteria:Must be able to work Weekend shiftEssential Competencies:Action OrientedCollaboratesCommunicates effectivelyDecision QualityGlobal PerspectiveBuilds NetworksPlans and AlignsResourcefulnessDrive ResultsShows Self-Awareness*Note: This list is not exhaustive and may be updated based on business needs.
