As a catering assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and beverage services to patients in Ireland's largest healthcare settings and nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Setup and prepare catering units/wards for daily service
2. Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and teas to patients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
3. Clean the catering units/kitchens on a day-to-day basis, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
4. Take patients' orders accurately and upload them into the system efficiently
5. Prepare and present food in hospital canteens, meeting nutritional and aesthetic expectations
6. Follow HACCP procedures and maintain health and safety regulations, prioritizing patient well-being
