We are seeking a Java Application Support Engineer to support and enhance enterprise systems in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and resolve application issues; develop fixes in Java 8
Write and troubleshoot SQL Server queries
Investigate and resolve issues using AWS, including logs and CloudWatch alarms
Manage tickets and projects using Jira
Assist with builds, deployments (Jenkins), and SSO implementations (SAML/OIDC)
Collaborate with QA on defect resolution
Required Skills
Strong Java (Java 8) and SQL Server experience
AWS troubleshooting experience
Production support and issue resolution background
