Administration Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our client's team in South Dublin. The successful candidate will work on a full-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

The salary range is negotiable based on experience. All applicants must be living in Dublin and hold a valid working permit that allows them to work full time in Ireland.


About the Role

This small brokerage deals with mortgages, pensions, investments, and life and health cover, as well as advising on budgeting and financial planning.


Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate administration procedures and systems to streamline processes.
* Delegate and monitor tasks to personnel, assuming responsibilities for all aspects of the office.
* Assess staff performance annually, providing coaching and guidance as needed to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
* Manage staff roster schedules and specific task deadlines.
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new materials while adhering to budgetary constraints.
* Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
* Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., electricians).
* Organize and supervise other office activities delegated by the managing director.
* Ensure operations adhere to policies and meet compliance and regulations parameters.
* Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments.


Requirements and Skills:

* QFA or higher
* Brokerage experience (3+ years)
* Proven experience as an administration manager
* In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies
* Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other applications
* Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* A team player with leadership skills
* BSc/BA in business administration or related field
