Junior Application Administrator

Job Title Overview:
A Junior Application Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, including establishing root causes of application errors, escalating concerns to senior specialists, and providing first- and second-line support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establishing the root causes of application errors
- Escalating concerns to the Senior ERP Specialists
- Handling incidents and changes in the ticketing system
- Identifying reoccurring issues and testing possible solutions to prevent them
- Working with end-users to analyze and improve business processes in the ERP system
- Supporting weekly and monthly reports and ensuring they are generated on time
- Performing proactive maintenance to ensure system stability, accuracy, and performance
- Providing first- and second-line support for business applications, including Business Central(4PS), Dynamics CRM, Jet Reports, and other applications
- Supporting data integrity and performing data queries using SQL
- Collaborating on system upgrades, integrations, and business process enhancement projects
- Supporting Jet Reports, including template management, user queries, and data validation
- Assisting with Power BI dashboards and reporting, providing data connections, basic troubleshooting, and end-user support

Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX/ 365/ Business Central
- Experience in supporting and administering Business Applications
- Knowledge of Jet Report design
- Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and data connectivity
- Knowledge of Databases, like SQL Server, MySQL including SQL scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to provide exceptional customer services in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and investigate root cause of problems
- Demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ideally 3 rd level Qualification in Computer Science, Accounting or Business
