The Head of Security is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security at our resort, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, employees, and visitors.
This includes establishing procedures to prevent loss from theft and other safety risks, training and educating team members on current safety issues, and managing the security team to achieve exceptional results.
* You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and audit reports, as well as ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations.
* Experience in managing security teams and implementing effective risk management strategies is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
