Over the years, we have evolved into a dynamic leader in Ireland's environmental sector, offering a comprehensive range of services across the industry.About the Role:We are seeking an organised, calm and proactive Operations Co-ordinator to help run day to day scheduling and job control for our field based teams. Based at Longford HQ, as part of our operations department, you'll plan daily works, book permits and access, prepare job packs, keep the CRM up to date, and make sure completed jobs are closed out for invoicing. You'll be the hub between clients, crews and accounts, keeping information flowing and jobs on track.Responsibilities:Scheduling & Resource Allocation:Build daily/weekly plans; allocate crews, vehicles and plant to maximise utilisation.Manage call outs, changes and delays; reprioritise in real time and keep stakeholders updated.Issue start times, site contacts, gate/induction details and access constraints to each crew.Job Packs & Documentation:Compile and issue job packs (RAMS, drawings, permits, inductions).Maintain document control across forms, registers and templates.Client & Crew Communications:Confirm dates, scope and prerequisites with clients; send job confirmations and day-before reminders.Monitor jobs in flight; resolve blockers quickly and communicate changes professionally.Subcontractors & Procurement:Raise POs; book approved subcontractors/plant; verify dockets, timesheets and site prerequisites.CRM / Job Control & Invoicing Readiness:Create jobs, update statuses and maintain the WIP board in the CRM.Chase missing information so completed work is handed to Accounts within agreed SLAs.Fleet & Equipment Administration:Servicing and calibrations (jetting units, gas detectors, CCTV, testing kit); arrange repairs.Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Circulate the daily schedule; produce weekly utilisation/KPI snapshots.Capture after action notes on delays/access issues; suggest practical process improvements.H&S & Compliance Support:Circulate toolbox talks; keep the training matrix and certs current; log near misses and TBT attendance.Qualifications and Experience:2+ years' operations scheduling/office co-ordination in utilities/civils/facilities/field service.Excellent planning, attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable under time pressure.Confident with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce/Field Service an advantage).Familiar with RAMS, permits and basic site terminology.Clear, professional communicator by phone and email.Job Types: Full time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to Work schemeCompany eventsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOn site parkingOccasional use of company vehicle for role related site visitsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
