We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise projects across the EMEA region. This is a 12 month contract role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and has strong experience delivering complex enterprise application initiatives across multiple technologies and time zones.The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing both in-house and vendor teams, balancing competing priorities, and driving projects from requirements through delivery using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead prioritisation of competing business and IT requirementsAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport business process analysis and translation into technical solutionsFacilitate requirements gathering with SMEs and technical resourcesManage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and disciplinesDrive execution of project deliverables and monitor overall progressManage project risks, issues, reporting, and change control activitiesPresent updates to stakeholders, leadership teams and steering committeesWork closely with technical leads to define resourcing and scheduling needsEnsure successful delivery of scalable enterprise solutionsRequired ExperienceProven experience managing Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS implementationsHands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesAbility to lead teams within a matrix organisation structureStrong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skillsExperience conducting effort estimation and bottom-up project planningMinimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management or enterprise applications deliveryPreferred ExperienceExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and SmartsheetBackground in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticalsUnderstanding of IT support processes and ITIL practicesProject Management certifications are advantageousFor a confidential conversation about the role please apply for the role or contact Owen Clancy at oclancy@sterlingengineeringeu.com By applying to this job post you agree that Sterling Engineering may process your personal data for recruitment purpose
