We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Donegal Meats in Drumnashear. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our catering services, working 5 days out of 7.
Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals, managing food stock, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will also be required to develop and implement new menus, manage inventory, and work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a chef, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent cooking skills, including the ability to prepare a variety of dishes and work well under pressure.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
