Donor Care and Campaign Officer (Part Time)

Job Purpose
As part of our Fundraising team, the Donor Care and Campaigns Officer delivers a best‑in‑class support service to GOAL’s Individual Giving Donor. The role supports our Individual Giving donor base by administering Tax Effective Giving (TEG) forms, maintaining donor records in GOAL’s CRM, and ensuring a seamless donor experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Lead the annual Tax Efficient Giving (TEG) campaign.
* Manage inbound supporter and donor calls/emails, including processing phone donations and providing campaign information.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supporter data through GOAL’s CRM system.
* Process manual credit card transactions via Stripe and other payment gateways.
* Field queries related to donor engagement activities.
* Act as the primary contact for supporter queries and ensure timely communication.
* Make outbound calls to donors for appeals, events, and tax certificate acquisition.
* Own the Thank You / Acknowledgement letter and receipt process, and address donor queries promptly.
* Identify and merge duplicate donor records in the CRM, maintaining data integrity.
* Manage GDPR aspects of CRM data handling.
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a busy administrative or customer‑facing role.
* Experience with posting payments/bookkeeping is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable dealing with diverse queries.
* Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM databases, and/or accounting systems.

Note: This role can be offered on a part‑time basis (20‑25 hours per week) and will be based in our Dublin HQ in Dun Laoghaire.
