The Role: You will be a key member of the backend engineering team, responsible for designing and delivering high-performance, scalable services that underpin the company's platform.
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, your work will directly contribute to innovation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and refine core services within a service-oriented and microservices architecture.
Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful, high-quality features.
Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure robust, reliable solutions.
Help improve engineering processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and encouraging technical growth across the team.
What We're Looking For: Proficiency in a JVM language such as Kotlin, Java, Scala, or C#, alongside experience with Python.
Strong background in building solutions within SOA and/or microservices environments.
Hands-on experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for production services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
