In recent years, The Irish Times Group expanded its interests to include the Irish Examiner, The Echo, regional newspapers, in addition to the Citywest print facility,, ,, The Gloss and Score Beo.The RoleIn this diverse role as a Manager in The Irish Times Group, Media Solutions department, you will lead and inspire teams in Dublin and Cork, dedicated to delivering innovative recruitment and education advertising solutions to new and existing clients.You will develop robust and dynamic ideas & solutions to direct & agency clients, across our portfolio of brands and products, to drive growth & market share. You will have a key role in the growth strategy and driving new and sustainable revenue streams across events, audio, video, sponsored content, print, digital and on our recruitment platform, Recruit You will build and tailor solutions to a diverse client base in a competitive landscape. This position will help to drive and develop partnerships, via a consultative, engaging approach to clients as well as delivering tailored solutions to individual client or agency needs. This is a senior position within the media solutions management team.Main Accountabilities Include:Develop, evolve and implement a multi-product, multi-platform strategy for Recruitment & Education within the Irish Times Group, focused on client solutions driving growth and market share.Identify new product and client proposition opportunities to drive growth of the recruitment and education sectors, using knowledge of current trends and client needs.Drive the financial performance with responsibility for delivery of the recruitment & education group budget, through a robust sales plan, adapting as required to address challenges and growth opportunities.Champion change initiatives to deliver results in a commercially driven environment.Drive the effective delivery of projects and campaigns, working with key stakeholders across the organisation.Lead the team through strong lines of communication, inspiring commitment and motivation to succeed.Champion the customer experience through strong relationships building and service delivery to existing and new clients.Consistently measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators as the market changes and evolves.Support, as required, cross-collaboration with all other group companies and websites.Represent the Group effectively and professionally at all times, including with industry bodies, external organisations, advertisers, and at events.Desired Skills and Experience:Qualification / Relevant Experience in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.Experience leading a team in a competitive sales environmentStrong commercial awareness and customer focusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Previous experience selling digital products /platformsStrategic thinker with the ability to create and implement innovative solutions.Strong organisational and project management skills.Please send your CV through the Apply below.The Irish Times Group operates a Hybrid working policy.Our benefits include, Health Insurance contribution, Pension Contribution, Sick Leave Cover, Maternity and Paternity Leave, Irish Times & Irish Examiner Premium Digital Subscription, Income Protection Policy, Corporate Gym Membership discounts, Free Digital GP and Life Assurance Policy.
