We are in the Dublin Tunnel Control Building on East Wall Road, Dublin 3. The position requires compliance with ethical codes, internal rules, local regulations, and health and safety rules for Egis Road and Tunnel Operation activities. This site is secure and offers parking.

Job Description
Position: OT and IT Manager
Immediate Supervisor: Asset Manager, Tunnel Director
Work Location: Dublin Tunnel Control Building, D03NH33
The OT and IT Manager will lead the integration and automation of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems with a significant focus on enhancing and automating reporting mechanisms. This role will drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and provide actionable insights by leveraging advanced technologies to streamline and optimize reporting processes across the organization. Lead the day-to-day management of the IT & OT security operations team and maintain regular communication with management, key stakeholders and sub-contractors.
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing technology to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Integration:
* Lead the convergence of OT and IT systems in line with organizational goals.
* Develop roadmaps for digital transformation and automation projects.
* Oversee system architecture, ensuring seamless interoperability between enterprise IT systems and industrial control systems.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
* Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity policies across OT and IT domains.
* Coordinate regular risk assessments and mitigation plans for network and operational infrastructure.
Operations & System Management:
* Manage IT and OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, SCADA systems, and data centres.
* Ensure high availability, integrity, and reliability of critical systems.
* Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts across both domains.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
* Supervise and mentor IT and OT team members.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage tools, contracts, and service levels.
Resilience and Continuity
* Lead the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for OT and IT systems.
* Ensure high availability of critical OT and IT services to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Compliance & Governance:
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, or sector-specific standards.
* Maintain documentation and prepare for audits across IT and OT operations.
Objective Setting & Performance Evaluation:
* Set SMARTER objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely, Evaluable, Revisable) for the IT/OT team to align with organizational goals .
* Monitor and revise objectives as needed to support continuous improvement and adaptability.
Business Process Automation
* Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas suitable for automation across industrial and business environments.
* Design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions, leveraging technologies such as, AI, IoT, and SCADA systems.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in IT and/or OT management roles.
* Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, IT networks, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity principles.
* Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and digital transformation projects.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
