Job Title: Senior Payroll Manager
Senior Payroll Managers are responsible for overseeing payroll and workforce management administration across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the payroll and WFM team to achieve business objectives
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
* Collaborate with finance teams to administer payroll accounting and employee-related accruals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
* 10+ years of work experience required
* Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage
