Ergo is seeking a Technical Lead / Operations Manager for a permanent role with our client in South Dublin. As Technical Lead / Operations Manager you will act as point of escalation for L2 and L3 Engineers on Server, Cloud, Firewall and Cyber Security.
You will also work with a team of Technical Account Managers providing guidance, support and advice to ensure that they can meet client expectations around service delivery.
As part of the Management group you will input into company strategy and service offerings.
This is a new role which has been created due to exceptional recent growth.

What will you do?
* Provide escalated technical support to the Helpdesk
* Work with TAM team to ensure customer IT systems are efficient and optimised with the latest technology.
* Review current customer network infrastructure, management and security defences.
* Manage Engineering team to…
* Ensure projects are completed in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
* Acting as the escalation point for technical issues.
* Incident management and reporting
* Training of the engineering team
* Process and service delivery improvement
* New product evaluation
* Assess industry trends to identify improvements in service delivery
* Provide input into technical direction of the company in terms of strategy and management
What do you need?
* Experience managing technical teams of Engineers
* Systems Administration of M365 solutions
* Cyber Security standards including ISO27001
* Networking / Firewalls
* Disaster recovery
* Experience in an MSP environment a real advantage
