We are currently seeking highly motivated Senior Social Workers to join our CDNT team based in Curraheen, Cork.
Contract Type: Specified purpose contract (temporary) to 31st December 2025
Contract Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €64,386 to €75,753 per annum pro rata
Annual Leave Entitlement: 34 days per annum pro rata
Overview of the Post:
The post holder will be responsible for providing a Social Work service to children and families accessing the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT). This includes assessments and interventions for children and the effective delivery of quality social work supports to meet the ongoing complex needs of children and families.
The duties combine direct intervention with children and families and support and supervision of professionally qualified social workers on the team.

The successful candidate will have:
Essential Criteria:
* Must be registered in the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU
* Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU
* Have 3 years full-time (or equivalent) relevant post-qualification experience
* Possess the knowledge and ability (including high standards of suitability, professional and managerial ability) for the role
* Provide proof of statutory registration before employment
Additional experience preferred includes working with children with disabilities, providing training, supervision of staff, managing resources, and understanding Children’s First legislation. A full clean manual driving licence is required.
