Insurance Sales Professional
We are excited to partner with a global insurance company who is expanding their business into Ireland. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of their mission, making a real difference in the lives of others every single day.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing member requests, conducting research, and resolving disputes efficiently and effectively. You will build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting the benefits of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service, addressing member queries, conducting research, and resolving issues promptly.
* Develop strong relationships with members by collecting information, recognizing life events, evaluating needs, and showcasing insurance product benefits.
* Proactively identify and suggest relevant insurance products to meet member requirements.
* Achieve sales targets while adhering to regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, customer contact experience in an insurance sales environment, and excellent English communication skills (oral and written). They will also possess skills such as problem-solving, product knowledge, sales closing, communication, risk management, and self-development.
Requirements:
* Experience in the insurance sector
* Customer contact experience in an insurance sales setting (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
