Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional facilities services at our clients manufacturing site. This key leadership role requires a confident, solutions-focused professional with strong operational experience and a people-first mindset.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of all hard and soft facilities services on-site, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standard and fully aligned with client expectations, SLAs, and KPIs.
* Lead, motivate, and support the on-site team, including technicians and service staff, ensuring effective training, inductions, and performance development plans are in place.
* Oversee the scheduling and execution of all PPM and reactive maintenance through the site's CMMS, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Manage third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols and service level agreements.
* Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are rigorously upheld, including the closeout of any audit actions or corrective measures.
* Monitor and report on the financial performance of the site, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
* Support the Account Director with client reporting, performance data, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying service enhancements and operational efficiencies that improve both client satisfaction and team performance.
* Participate in the 24/7 on-call rota and provide leadership support for any emergency or out-of-hours issues.
* Act as the on-site ambassador for Aramark, cultivating strong relationships with the client and identifying opportunities to extend or enhance our service offering.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing facilities operations in a high-profile environment, with strong exposure to soft services (hard services experience a plus).
* A confident leader with a hands-on approach, able to inspire teams and maintain high standards in a fast-moving setting.
* Strong working knowledge of office building systems and technical services.
* Comfortable working with CMMS platforms and interpreting performance data to drive decisions.
* A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* IOSH or similar health & safety qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Financially aware, with the ability to manage budgets, report on performance, and identify efficiencies.
* A proactive and dependable attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and lead from the front.
