Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating Laboratory & Healthcare Equipment and Applications within our portfolio.
* Ensure all Laboratory & Healthcare equipment and products are safe for customer use.
* Deliver “Service Excellence” and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Maintain records, create Service Reports for customer signatures, and complete all required paperwork promptly.
* Follow safety, health regulations, and company policies, including ISO Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
* Participate in site inductions and adhere to site rules.
* Maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle.
* Identify revenue opportunities on-site and inform the company of new site developments.
* Work proactively with the Service Operations Manager, sharing customer feedback and sales opportunities.
* Support departmental improvements and participate in training courses.
* Represent the company professionally, wearing branded clothing and PPE.
* Work additional hours and occasional overseas travel may be required.
Qualifications
Electrical qualification and experience required.
