The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel restaurant in Cong, Co. Mayo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional eager to develop their skills within a high-standard kitchen environment renowned for quality and creativity.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet the hotel’s exacting standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional food quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes in your designated kitchen section to the highest standard.
* Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of food.
* Assist with menu planning and development as required.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
* Support junior kitchen staff and work as part of a cohesive team.
* Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant.
* Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
* Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
