We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale civil engineering works on a major pharmaceutical site based in South Dublin. As the successful candidate, you will be a strong leader with the technical, organisational, and commercial acumen required to deliver project success, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised.Manage the project to ensure successful delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.Coordinate day-to-day activities with Foremen, Site Engineers, and wider site teams.Deliver the project to the specified quality standards, ensuring works are completed without defects.Oversee the production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, Method Statements, and ITPs in line with company procedures.Lead daily whiteboard meetings and drive effective task planning and communication.Assist with procurement planning and liaise closely with the Procurement Department.Prepare monthly progress reports and present updates to senior management and the client team.Build, maintain, and develop strong working relationships with the client, project stakeholders, and the site team.Requirements:A third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Site Agent role within civil engineering.Experience working with a main contractor or subcontractor within Ireland or the UK.Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to challenge designs, identify issues, and drive effective resolutions.Demonstrated ability to role‑model positive behaviours and lead a team in alignment with company values.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.A supportive, collaborative, and people‑focused work environment.Involvement in high-profile, innovative, and impactful projects.Apply now!Disclaimer: Please note, we are not accepting CVs from agency at this time!At the forefront of infrastructural development in Ireland and the UK for more than five decades
