Leadership Role in Social Care
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Social Care Leader.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the delivery of quality care that meets the organisation's standards and values.
* Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and national standards.
Requirements:
* Hold a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).
* Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be eligible for registration.
* Possess a management qualification in health or social care management.
* Hold NMBI/CORU registration.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
Permanent Contract, 35 hours per week. A driving license is required for this role.
